Currently, we only ship to the United States.
We are working hard to introduce Talk to the Hand Polish in other countries.
Free Shipping applies for orders over $60 USD.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during special promotions, holidays and limited launches.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, send an email to nails@talktothehandpolish.com within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number, a photograph and / or a description of the issue and the names of the items you wish to return, and we will be in touch to sort out a resolution.
Items can only be returned for a refund for the price paid (after promotions and discounts have been applied); shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges.
Please ensure you read our nail polish and nail care ingredient lists before purchase.
Three Packs and Five Packs must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns will not be accepted.
